Visiting locomotive "Taw Valley" newly repainted in BR Green

Locomotives hauling an intensive service of vintage trains:
  • SR Bulleid Pacific (rebuilt) "Taw Valley"
  • SR Bulleid Pacific "Blackmore Vale"
  • BR Standard 4-6-0 No.75027
  • BR Standard "9F" 2-10-0 No.92240
  • BR Standard 2-6-4 tank No.80151
  • LBSCR "E4" 0-6-2T "Birch Grove" (Sunday only)
Plus many other attractions:
  • Goods trains (Saturday only)
  • Additional vintage branch-line trains (Sunday)
  • 35-minute interval service in each direction
  • Steam lorries at Horsted Keynes
  • Carriage shed tours, Horsted Keynes, at 12.00, 1.45, 2.20 and 3.30
  • John Roberts Jazz Band in Bessemer Arms from 8.00pm, Saturday evening
  • Gold RT bus on 473 route (Sunday only - see below)
  • Free vintage buses on Sunday only from Brighton, approx every 30 min from 10.00 (Pool Valley)
  • Vintage slot machines in the waiting room at Horsted Keynes
  • Painting exhibition at Horsted Keynes (with special guest, Terrance Cuneo's daughter)
  • Stationary engine display at Sheffield Park (Sunday only)

Lineside Photographic Pass
Don't forget that Lineside Passes are available from each Station Booking Office for the serious photographers. High Visibility Jackets must be worn at all times by pass-holders on the lineside.

A special area at Horsted Keynes will also be available for non-Lineside Pass holders to photograph trains departing the station in the Kingscote direction
